Is your older swimmer (14+) interested in helping coach as part of our Saplings program (formerly Mini Stars)? Have them fill out this interest form!

Saplings is our program for younger swimmers who need more hands-on instruction and attention. The program begins on June 19 after and runs from 8:15 to 9:00 am every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday until July 24. Coaches are in the shallow end with small groups of swimmers and also help them out at meets and during social activities.

Any VW swimmer at least 14 years old can apply. You must be 16 to receive a paid role unless you are already employed by Vienna Woods as a lifeguard or snack bar attendant. Otherwise, coaches serve in a volunteer capacity for which they can receive service hours.
