It’s time to put on everything PINK that you own and come to Oakton tonight. warm ups start a bit earlier at 4:45 so we can hopefully finish early in case of weather. 

And just like that, it's our last dual meet this Tuesday at Oakton! We are 2-2 this season and it would be great to finish the season with a win!

Hello team-

We have an opportunity for divers to participate in a B meet at Donaldson Run this Thursday evening. The address is 2729 Marcey Rd, Arlington, VA 22207.

If your diver has not participated in an A meet (Tuesday nights) or has not scored first, second, or third place…

For the last home meet, the theme will be Hawaiian! Plan accordingly.

We will also have popsicles for the divers and go to Dairy Queen after the meet. Please stay to cheer for the team, celebrate Marleigh, and join us for ice cream afterwards.

We earned our first win against Fairfax last week. Thanks to all who came, dove, and volunteered. 

Tuesday is our last home meet against Donaldson Run. It's also Senior Night. Come help Marleigh enjoy her last home meet in The Woods.

This evening, Vienna Woods won the Division 4 Relay Carnival in dominant fashion. We faced off against the other five teams in our division in a meet made up of only relays - 22 of them. We won 8 of them, including the 15-18 girls, who broke a five-year-old record…
